This online training course is an interactive and games-based
introduction for employees to quality management systems and the
ISO 9001 standard. The introduction is engaging and relevant to
real-life situations. Employees interact with the ideas and issues
related to Quality Management Systems.
The online workplace training course covers all the key aspects
of quality, including customer focus, leadership, mutually
beneficial supplier relationships, continual improvement, and more.
Trainees will also learn a general overview of all sections of the
ISO 9001 standard, including the requirements for a Quality
Management System, resource management, management responsibility,
and more.

Implementing ISO 9001
In this in-depth online training game teaches the trainee to
lead a Quality Management System project. They'll assume the role
of a Quality Management Representative at a fictional company.
In this role, the trainee will work within life-like constraints
as he or she thinks and learns to implement an effective Quality
Management System that does what it is supposed to: increase the
overall performance of your organization. They'll face project
management realities and make decisions that affect the overall
performance of the fictional company. The training will give them a
chance to examine their own performance and improve, so that when
it comes time to implement a QMS at your organization, your
employees are trained and qualified to do it right.
